Overview
The SharePoint developer should:
1. Have a strong theoretical base in application development using SharePoint and Power Apps, with ability to apply best practice principles to the subject matter context.
2. Have extensive experience migrating legacy on premise solutions and manual processes (e.g. Access databases) to SharePoint Online and MS Power Platform using a combination of Canvas apps, Model-driven apps and public facing Power pages.
3. Have experience bringing SharePoint Online/Power Platform solutions through the full development lifecycle.
4. Have experience developing proof of concepts to demonstrate the effectiveness of the SharePoint Online/Power Platform.
5. Acts as the senior responsible person with respect to SharePoint development on major client engagements.
6. Have experience in leading and developing complex ICT solutions within SharePoint Online/Power Platform.
7. Take responsibility for leading the SharePoint development function within the Digital Transformation Unit, including the ability to coordinate contributions of other specialists to complete a joint project.
Skillset:
8. Has extensive experience bringing public facing solutions from initial conception to delivery using SharePoint Online, Power Apps,
9. Has experience in the administration of SharePoint Online and Azure.
10. Has significant experience migrating data and functionality of legacy systems such as Access databases to the SharePoint/Power Platform environment.
11. Has experience eliciting requirements from non-technical business units.
12. Has extensive experience working in a similar technical environment with Business Analysts, Database Architects, Web Developers, Project Managers, etc.
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
