We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practice Manager to join our experienced team within our Central Audit function in Ballsbridge.
This exciting position has arisen due to the evolution of the business and the development of regional hubs to support our network of firms. You will work closely with Directors and Partners and play a key role in the growth and success of the firms within that region.
Your Role:
1. Resource the administrative and support teams across the region.
2. Manage workflows and turnaround times.
3. Gather client feedback.
4. Coordinate and monitor training programs, CPD, and professional exams.
5. Centralize AML and engagement letters.
6. Centralize independence and integrity checks.
7. Manage health and safety for offices.
8. Liaise with marketing to coordinate and run events.
9. Oversee and support project rollouts.
10. Report on team performance by RO and hub.
11. Liaise with People function for all HR matters across the ROs, including the hub.
12. Coordinate IT requirements of ROs with central IT.
13. Manage estates across the hub.
14. Coordinate recruitment requirements across the hub with central recruitment.
15. Provide compliance support and liaise with central compliance.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience within a professional services background.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills.
3. Background in accountancy, finance, or similar high-growth industries.
4. Good understanding of IT systems, ideally with knowledge of accountancy software packages.
5. Strong processes and working practices to implement across teams.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive, confidential information.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to coordinate multiple projects across various locations.
