Title: Brewery Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Brewery Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role supports day-to-day brewery operations, including order fulfillment, deliveries, and assisting with brewing and cellar activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for brewing.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Distribution
* Process, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Load and unload vehicles safely, using forklift equipment where required
Brewery & Production Support
* Assist with keg cleaning and keg filling operations
* Support milling and brewing operations as required
* Assist with cleaning and sanitisation of tanks, vessels, and the production area
* Carry out basic laboratory work (e.g. gravity readings, basic quality checks)
General Duties
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
* Support the brewing team with general operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Valid full Irish driver's licence
* Forklift experience (certification an advantage)
* Passion for brewing and interest in the craft beer industry
* Ability to carry out physical work, including lifting and cleaning tasks
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience in a brewery or beverage production environment
* Basic knowledge of brewing processes or quality control
