Key Responsibilities
Client & Sales Management
* Manage all client insurance requirements including renewals, mid-term alterations, and claims handling in line with company standards.
* Support Account Directors in servicing and developing key corporate clients.
* Identify and deliver cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the commercial portfolio.
* Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Manage premium collection and aged debt efficiently.
* Meet compliance and audit standards in all aspects of work.
Customer Relationship Management
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliable service delivery.
* Handle all client queries and issues promptly, maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.

* Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
* Solid technical and product knowledge within commercial insurance
