Job description HR BUSINESS PARTNER | CONTRACT | KILKENNY ON OFFER | Competitive salary On-site parking 2 days WFH (based on requirements) Health Insurance THE ROLE| Working as part of the HR Division, the successful team member will support with a wide range of HR tasks and talent management activities.
You will report to the Head of HR and have two direct reports.
You will collaborate with the teams through the business, enhancing all aspects of the employee life cycle and building on the company's People and Culture plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES| Responsible for supporting the HR function with the day-to-day implementation and coordination of HR policies & procedures Assist with workforce planning and talent management Plan strategic organisational and culture changes Support the team with Employee Relations matters Oversee all HR aspects of TUPE and mergers Support in audits and certifications as well as submissions for awards Manage two HR direct reports REQUIREMENTS| Bachelor's Degree in HR CIPD qualification (or working towards) Minimum 3 years' experience in a varied HR role Strong experience in Employee Relations Can demonstrate success in leading organisational culture plans across diverse business units Previous experience with HR compliance with mergers and TUPE processes Full driving licence with the ability to travel on occasion based on business needs WHAT NEXT?
