Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kilkenny. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in customer service and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role. They will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer appointments efficiently and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
* Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in a professional and courteous manner
* Achieve consistently high standards across the dealership and identify opportunities for improvement
* Determine workshop availability and manage bookings to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-based role
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office
* Fluent written and spoken English
