Our client is a well-established firm of accountants, taxation and business advisors based in Kildare.
Due to organic growth, they are currently seeking a Practice Accountant to join their tightly-knit team.
The successful Practice Accountant will provide clients with comprehensive and professional services addressing all aspects of the business.
Role
Conduct audits and manage accounts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide taxation advice and guidance, demonstrating strong advisory abilities.
Supervise and trainees.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
Qualified CPA, ACA, or ACCA
Accounting Technician qualification would be a plus but not essential.
Previous practice experience is essential for navigating accounting complexities.
Prior experience supervising staff is an advantage.
