Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within the building services industry.

The role involves driving sales solutions across designated territories, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes conducting site visits and client meetings to present product solutions and understand customer requirements.

A key aspect of the job is account management, where you will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

You will also provide technical guidance to clients, ensuring product suitability for specific projects. Additionally, you will work closely with the technical team to design customised solutions for client projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Full clean driving license
* Technical background experience (minimum 3-5 years)
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field-based role
* Strong understanding of product solutions for commercial applications
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
