We now have a great opportunity for a Bid Administrator to join our team.What you'll be doing:This is a critical role for us as we grow. As much of the work we deliver is through winning public and private sector tenders, you'll be instrumental in identifying and responding to these tenders.You'll liaise closely with team members to pull together all elements of a bid, getting all paperwork in order and quality assuring all elements before submissionFor existing and newly won projects, you'll manage the ongoing reporting to funders on all aspects of project delivery, submitting invoices as necessary and managing our 3rd party suppliers.Who we're looking for:You'll have a minimum of 3 years administration experienceYou'll have experience of finding public sector Tenders and contributing to bids and proposalsYou'll have excellent administration skills with great attention to detail and diligence in meeting deadlinesYou'll be experienced and proficient across all necessary Microsoft Office toolsYou'll have great communication skills with an excellent standard of written EnglishWhat we're offering:Starting salary of €40-42k plus bonus structureHybrid or remote role – with at least once per week in-person meetings at our HQOpportunity to work in an exciting role in a highly dynamic business with lots of growth potential.Job Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€42,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeApplication question(s):Do you have experience in writing and/ or contributing to bids for public sector contracts?Experience:administration: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Drimnagh, Dublin 12, CO.
