Sales Administrator | Kildorrery | €35K+ DOE
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Every 4th Saturday Required - Day Off in Lieu)
Are you a highly organised and personable administrator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team based in Kildorrery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and loves being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to both our sales and logistics departments
- Accurately process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain internal systems and ensure records are always up-to-date
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general customer enquiries
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless deliveries and collections
- Welcome and assist visitors while supporting smooth interdepartmental communication
- Assist with stock checks and generate relevant reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, transport, or sales
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident and professional when dealing with a high volume of people and queries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable working fully on-site in our Kildorrery office
