We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources and Learning & Development professional to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting talent acquisition efforts, ensuring compliance with employment laws and global best practices, partnering with the HR team to administer compensation and benefits programs, driving employee engagement and supporting culture initiatives across global offices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing for European and US offices.
2. Support talent acquisition efforts in Europe and the US as needed.
3. Ensure compliance with employment laws and global HR best practices.
4. Partner with the HR team to administer Compensation and Benefits programs.
5. Drive employee engagement and support culture initiatives across global offices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in HR and Learning & Development.
