We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that combines the benefits of working from home and in the office.
About Your Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal accident claims, supporting customers through the claims process with professionalism and empathy. This involves proactively investigating liability and injury details, liaising with medical providers and solicitors, and progressing claims to settlement in line with compliance standards and service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate liability and injury details for personal accident claims
* Liaise with medical providers and solicitors to progress claims
* Manage a busy claims portfolio with high attention to detail
* Contribute to internal quality reviews and support the business in delivering on its customer and regulatory commitments
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in Personal Injury or Personal Accident claims
* Experience working within an insurer, MGA, or TPA setting
* A working knowledge of CPC, MCC, and policy wording interpretation
* Progress toward CIP (or interest in pursuing it)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex cases with care
