K Leisure is seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our vibrant Learn to Swim programme. Each week, we teach over 2,500 swimmers, providing a fun, progressive learning environment.What You'll Do:Lead up to 30 Learn to Swim sessions per week.Offer one-on-one coaching, with private lessons in high demand, earning potential starting at €15+ for each 30-minute session.Core Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, structured lessons aligned with Swim Ireland's Learn to Swim framework.Engage with children in programmed group lessons and school lessons.Collaborate with the swimming coordinator, other teachers, and lifeguards to ensure smooth lesson delivery.Foster positive relationships with swimmers and their parents/guardians.Continuously track progress, providing constructive feedback to swimmers and communicating updates to parents/guardians.Develop and challenge swimmers in a motivating and fun environment.Contribute to teacher development by sharing best practices and training new teachers.Your Qualifications:Swim Ireland Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.Experience teaching groups of 10+ swimmers.A passion for professional development and a desire to grow as a swim tutor.If you're ready to make an impact in the swimming community, we'd love to hear from you.
