Role Overview This position provides primarily on-site technical support to all direct Panasonic customers.
It is the next escalation level in case of technical problems after the Call-Centres and Service Partners.
The position also provides support in terms of technical expertise to the Sales Team.
How you will become part of the bigger picture.

You will be responsible for: Providing on-site field support for our partners and direct Panasonic customers in case of technical problems.
Supporting new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on-site to support the customer, guarantee correct system set up as well as dealing with warranty on A2A products.
Participating in central technical support for the service-partner-network in the respective region and/or area, together with a Field Support Engineer.
Identifying technical issues and develop solutions as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service-partners.

Experience, Knowledge and skills: Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision Good understanding and impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function Proven experience in a customer-facing role Continuously grow and focus on personal development using the Panasonic Leadership Principles Personal attributes: Proving profound technical understanding of the assigned product and / or software business environment Very strong communication skills Ability to work in virtual teams High self-motivation Willingness to travel A self-starter, able to work both alone and as part of a team Demonstrate a professional attitude, approach and appearance High attention to detail, quality and accuracy Qualifications: Engineer for refrigeration/air-conditioning or building technologies, master craftsman refrigeration/air-conditioning, certified craftsman refrigeration/air-conditioning, or similar first work experience desirable Experience in the heating and cooling field (eg: hydraulics, laws, norms) What does our big picture look like?
