About the Role:
The position of Senior Audit and Assurance Leader has become available due to the Company's rapid expansion in their Audit and Assurance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, delivering high-quality client experiences, and overseeing a team of professionals to ensure exceptional talent development and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a significant client portfolio
* Managing business-winning initiatives, including identifying and cross-selling opportunities
* Providing technical guidance for audit delivery within budget and agreed timeframes
* Coaching team members for technical, commercial, and personal development
* Contributing to strategic planning within the business unit and firm-wide initiatives
Requirements:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with senior-level practice experience
* Experience in leading teams while delivering multiple assignments to diverse clients
* Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients and possess strong commercial expertise
* Excellent technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
