About the Role
We are looking for Production Operators to join our Production Facility and enjoy a good work / life balance.
Main missions:
* Adhering to standard operating procedures.
* Working to targets on a manual assembly line.
* Ensuring high quality of product to required standards.
* Making a significant contribution to continuous improvement in the process.
* Partaking in problem solving to improve the process.
* Attending training when required to do so.
* Ensuring that the customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
* Complying with continuous improvement programmes.
* Complying with all environmental health and safety procedures.
* Ensuring work stations and machines are kept clean.
* Performing other duties/projects as requested by the production Supervisor/Manager.
* Any other ad-hoc projects as may arise from time to time.
About You
You are/have:
* Previous experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not required as training will be given.
* Basic Mathematical skills.
* Able to understand verbal and written English instructions (work instructions).
* Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
* Ability to read and interpret standard Operating procedures and work instructions.
Working Hours Rotation
Days: Thursday – Saturday, 07:30 to 19:40
Days: Monday – Wednesday, 07:30 to 19:40
7 days off (week-off) after working 6 days or nights.
28 weeks off a year
Nights: Thursday – Saturday, 19:30 to 07:40
Nights: Monday – Wednesday, 19:30 to 07:40
