We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who brings strong technical expertise across backend and frontend development. You'll work across our internal platform to build scalable, reliable, and secure systems. This role is focused on hands-on engineering, delivering high-quality features end-to-end, and collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesBackend (Core Focus):Build and maintain backend services using ) and TypeScriptDevelop and optimize APIs, integrations, and data-processing flowsModel, query, and optimize relational and document data using PostgreSQL and MongoDBImplement and maintain asynchronous workflows and event-driven components using RabbitMQWork with Elasticsearch to implement robust, scalable search functionalityEnsure code quality, performance, and reliability across backend componentsWrite clear documentation for services, data flows, and technical decisions
Frontend (Platform/Internal Tools):Build internal tools, admin panels, and data management interfacesDevelop lightweight frontend components using TypeScript and modern web frameworksIntegrate frontend and backend systems securely and efficientlyInfrastructure & CollaborationWork with AWS and Docker to deploy and operate servicesParticipate in CI/CD processes and trunk-based developmentTroubleshoot issues across the entire stack and propose meaningful improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Nucleus across products and servicesContribute to improving engineering processes, standards, and workflowsRequirements4+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend EngineerStrong hands-on experience with: ), TypeScript, PostgreSQLStrong hands-on experience with: MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, AWS, and DockerExperience building and maintaining production systems at scaleExperience with CI/CD and trunk-based development
