This Clinical Nurse Manager position plays a pivotal role in the Endocrine Bone Health Service.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will oversee clinical caseloads and coordinate activities within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clinical cases in the Endocrine Department and across the hospital site.
* Oversee the daily operations of the Bone Health Assessment unit, ensuring timely assessments for patients with rare bone disorders.
* Develop and coordinate multi-disciplinary clinics for children with complex conditions, such as Osteogenesis Imperfecta and Achondroplasia.
* Collaborate with consultant colleagues and research nurses to identify opportunities for clinical research participation.
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that optimizes continuity and quality of care for children attending Endocrinology Services.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Take ownership of planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating all aspects of patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registration on the General Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years in acute children's nursing.
* Demonstrable commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
