Sales & Retention Agent (Dual-Skill Role)

Meath (with the possibility of relocation to North Dublin within 12 months)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This dual-skill role combines inbound and outbound telesales with customer loyalty and retention, allowing you to attract new business, convert inbound leads, and engage with existing or former customers to retain their business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively.
Proactively engage new prospects and former customers to drive conversions and win-back campaigns.
Support customer retention by identifying at-risk customers and offering tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for sales and customer retention.
Utilize MS Office tools to manage customer data, sales leads, and generate accurate reports.
Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve common goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better serve customer needs.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or retention roles.
Proven success in cold calling, customer win-backs, and inbound sales conversion.
Strong retention skills, with the ability to diffuse customer concerns and reinforce value propositions.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
Ability to commute to Slane, Co.
Meath, and willingness to relocate to North Dublin if required within the next year.
