The role of a Proposal Lead involves overseeing the entire pitch process, from planning to pricing and presenting.
This includes leading a team of bid managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support on best practices, processes, and tools.

The Ideal Candidate:

This individual will be degree qualified with excellent written abilities. Strong verbal communication skills are also necessary as this person will communicate effectively across teams.
They must prioritize workloads effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards throughout. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel Power Point is required
