The travel coordinator will be responsible for the travel and accommodation needs of the company. This is a fully on-site, 1 month temporary contract, with a €40,000 pro-rata salary based in Dublin 22. Responsibilities Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars. Log and check all travel agency invoices on a weekly basis. Prepare high quality monthly travel reports for the payroll team. Requirements Fluent English, both written and spoken 3+ years experience in a similar admin role Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented Excellent interpersonal skills Extremely proficient in MS Office applications #CplOS25 ##LI-FS1 Skills: travel arrangements organisation administration
