Inventory Management Specialist
About the Role
This position is responsible for managing all inventory across public and private hospitals served by Tekno Surgical.
The successful candidate will ensure stock accuracy, investigate variances, manage stock rotation, and generate reports to support decision-making and KPIs, in line with company processes and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct stock counts across hospital locations and reconcile discrepancies
* Maintain accurate stock data and investigate discrepancies
* Collect, interpret, and analyse stock data
* Rotate short-dated stock to high-usage accounts
* Support removal of expired stock
* Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking
* Produce and track KPIs
* Support hospital consignment agreements
Requirements
Candidates must possess experience in stock control, inventory management, or related fields. Strong analytical skills are required, along with ERP system experience (NAV preferred) and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills, excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail, customer service orientation, commitment to continuous improvement, minimum 2 years ERP transaction processing experience, and a valid driver's license are essential.
