Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit an Associate into their growing Asset Management & Investment Funds team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Funds Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded practice advising leading international asset managers, investment funds and financial institutions on sophisticated cross-border matters.

The Role:
You will join a collaborative and experienced team advising on a broad range of asset management and investment funds matters, including:
Structuring and establishment of Irish domiciled investment funds
Advising UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs and ELTIFs
Advising management companies, AIFMs and fund service providers
Drafting and negotiating fund documentation and service agreements
Working on international cross-border transactions
Assisting with legal and regulatory developments
Supporting client relationship management and industry profile building
The role offers direct exposure to high-profile international clients and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and partners on market-leading matters.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have:
3–5 years’ PQE within Asset Management & Investment Funds
Experience gained in a leading law firm or relevant in-house environment
Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
A collaborative and proactive approach
Candidates relocating or returning to Ireland will also be considered.
