Senior HR Manager -Permanent - €80k - 5 days in the office
Main duties
* Act as the main point of contact for all employees and provide excellent HR support
* Recommend and Implement new HR policies, procedures and initiatives with an employee centered mindset, that succeed due to high Leadership engagement whilst ensuring they are in line with changing legislation and HR best practice.
* Scale current policies and objectives of the Company and ensure consistency across two
* Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within the time guidelines of the company policies.
* Manage and administer the recruitment and onboarding process insuring a positive experience for the candidate. Including candidate review, interview set up, issuing contracts and manage work visa requirements.
* Liaise with Accommodation Manager re new arrivals
* Manage and monitor employees working hours and send weekly reports to the management team.
* Partnering with payroll to ensure that have all relevant employee information i.e. new hires, bank holiday Reports.
Experience
* Min 6 years' experience in a similiar role.
* At least 3 years' in a people management position
* Relevant qualification.
* Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
* Possesses excellent communication and relationship building skills with all levels of employees and managers
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing the administrative aspects of HR operations.
* Works well in a fast paced environment, and comfortable at times with ambiguity
