About the Role:
We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to support our business and technology initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career, possessing strong analytical thinking, a foundational understanding of tech, and basic project-management skills.
You'll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts to drive projects from concept to delivery.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements through meetings and workshops
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
Support process mapping and documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios
Help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Define acceptance criteria and assist with user testing
Understand basic system architecture, data flows, and integrations
Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams
Act as a communication bridge to help reduce escalations
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure project success
Manage project repositories in tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, etc.
Document decisions and change requests to prevent scope drift
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project support
Strong analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
