Personal Lines Account Executive/Handler

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing insurance businesses in Ireland. They have branches nationwide and offer hybrid working from any of their office locations (preferably Wexford, but open to other locations).
The Job
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
* Manage all aspects of motor, household, and van insurance, from new business inquiries to policy renewals.
* Act as a liaison with insurance providers, effectively communicating customer needs and instructions.
* Offer expert advice and guidance on a range of insurance products.
* Train new team members on processes and products.
* Process payments for renewals and new business policies.
Requirements
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
* Strong knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
* Relevant industry qualification preferred.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential.
