Our client is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance across multiple recycling sites in Leinster and North Munster. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, influence strategy, and build a strong safety and environmental culture across the organisation. What You Will Do * Ensure compliance with Irish environmental and health & safety legislation * Manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems and drive continuous improvement * Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and employee training * Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions * Promote EHS culture through coaching, toolbox talks, and engagement * Maintain policies, SOPs, and statutory documentation What We Are Looking For * Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline * Minimum five years' experience in an EHS management role * Strong knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and ISO systems * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites * Positive, proactive, and able to build strong working relationships Salary & Benefits Extremely competitive salary & benefits package including hybrid working, pension, staff discounts, and training & development opportunities.
