* Manage a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic sales channels, enhance customer engagement, and optimize pipeline handling processes.
* Develop and execute comprehensive market sales strategies to maximize sales conversion rates, accelerate revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
* Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, product, and partner teams, to refine outbound opportunity inventory, qualification, and nurturing strategies.
* Analyze sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size, sales performance, and pipeline velocity) to measure success and implement continuous improvements.
* Leverage automation, CRM tools, and AI-driven insights to enhance sales effectiveness and reduce lead-to-live time.
Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in outbound sales or inside sales.
* Proven experience in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce is a plus.
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies.
