We're partnering with a well-established organisation to hire an HRIS & Benefits Specialist to join a collaborative and high-performing HR function in South Dublin. The Opportunity
You'll sit at the heart of the HR team, working closely with HR systems, payroll, and reward stakeholders. Reporting into a senior HR data leader, your focus will be split across HR reporting and compensation data, supporting key cycles such as salary reviews and performance processes.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to continuously learn.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support business and HR decision-making
Identify data issues, trends, and improvement opportunities within HR processes
Support reward and compensation activities, including salary planning and performance cycles
Assist with data preparation and cleansing for initiatives such as gender pay gap reporting
Work closely with payroll to resolve queries and support monthly processes
Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and internal HR reporting standards
Handle confidential employee information in line with data governance requirements
About You
Qualification in Human Resources
Previous experience working with HR data, reporting, or analytics
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
Experience with HR systems
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working across teams and supporting multiple stakeholders
A "can-do" attitude — proactive, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in
