The Director of Operations at Odyssey Social Care reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer at Odyssey Social Care.This Position will play a pivotal role in overseeing all internal operations for our business, ensuring seamless service delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong focus on the highest standard of care for the young people in our care, operational excellence and efficiency, people performance, customer relations, and strategic direction.
