They will nurture a culture of operational excellence, recruit and train new talent, set goals, achieve targets, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role requires someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, a keen eye for detail, and commercial acumen.
