Offer description

Overview

This is a new role for a confident and creative marketing professional with strong content and copywriting skills. As NPD & Brand Assistant, you’ll support product development and brand activities from early-stage concepts through to launch, helping to create marketing materials, manage timelines, and keep projects on track.

You should have around 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare. Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Supporting New Product Development (NPD)
o Help plan and organise new product projects from idea to launch.
o Carry out market research to understand product trends and consumer needs, including collecting information about competitors and organising findings in clear and useful spreadsheets.
o Research and approach potential suppliers to request their product portfolios and commercial details; collect and organise product samples and related information for project needs.
o Work with internal and external teams to make sure they receive the correct documents, information, and data required to move projects forward.
o Take charge of updating and keeping Monday.com boards, tasks, and timelines clear, organised, and up to date.
o Keep files and notes about each project well organised.
2. 2. Helping with Packaging Tasks
o Help update and check product packaging, including labels and designs.
o Work with designers and printing companies to make sure packaging looks right and is ready on time.
o Check spelling and layout on packaging before it goes to print. Keep track of all packaging files and changes in an organised way.
3. 3. Marketing and Brand Support
o Create engaging and professional content for marketing materials such as presentations, leaflets, product overviews, and social media posts — prior experience developing content for different marketing formats (not just social media) is important.
o Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all channels and materials to keep our visual identity and messaging consistent.
o Support the tracking and reporting of marketing performance, including collecting data on social media results, campaign outcomes, and other key indicators.
o Keep folders and marketing tools organised and easy to use.
4. 4. Working with Distributors
o Be a contact point for our global distributors and help them with their marketing needs.
o Share materials like product images, marketing collateral, and launch kits with them.
o Keep the shared online folder with marketing tools tidy and updated.
o Help the manager with distributor feedback and communication.
5. 5. Administrative Tasks
o Set up meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks.
o Keep calendars, checklists, and documents updated.
o Communicate clearly with team members and partners.

* Is curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
* Handles tasks with care, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility. Can stay calm and focused when things get busy or deadlines are tight.

Experience & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has at least 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or product-related role.
* Holds a degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
