Role - Temporary HR Administration Officer Location - Naas (Hybrid working model) Salary - €38,000 We are seeking a proactive HR Administration Officer (Temporary) to support the effective delivery of HR on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of HR processes and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Address HR-related queries and manage escalations for non-routine matters requiring employer intervention. Ensure the secure maintenance and storage of personnel files in line with GDPR and data retention policies. Provide administrative support to ensure effective HR governance, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with the HR team to support staff-related matters and ongoing HR initiatives. Undertake additional duties as required to support the smooth functioning of the HR function. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience in an HR administration or similar role Knowledge of GDPR and confidential data handling Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills Suitable candidates need to be immediately available Temporary Contract - 2 months with a view to extension.
