We are committed to fostering a work environment which enables high levels of engagement through ensuring the following components are nurtured;AutonomyWork-Life BalanceSupportRecognitionFairnessLearning Development & GrowthIntegrityCommunicationRespectCommunityOpportunityEnthusiasmTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for providing ongoing technical support across Invisible Systems, Medishower and Mirrhia systems including commissioning, maintenance and qualification activities.Resolve issues, repair or perform maintenance functions in client locations or in workshop as required.Develop customer web dashboards for data review.Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with specified & agreed schedule.Engage with Service Dept or 3rd party vendors for hardware calibration scheduling.Support sales team in client meetings, demo's, trade shows and workshops with technical expertise/product knowledge as required.Assist in the development of company documentation related to equipment installation and servicing.Relay customer feedback including sales opportunities, customer complaints, and service/failure trends to product managers and field service managerEnsure high level of customer satisfaction levels through prompt and efficient service delivery.Ensure Health and Safety processes and procedures are followed at all times including risk relevant assessments.Act as a role model for best practice health and safety within the division.Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base.Complete all service reports and associated paperwork providing recommendations and insights.Undertake product and technical training as required and keep knowledge and skillset up to date.Other ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as required.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE3 years experience desirable.3rd level or trade qualification in an engineering, instrumentation, electrical or electronic engineering discipline.Good technical problem solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills.Excellent customer relationship management skills.Enthusiastic self-starter with a service-oriented approach to all tasks and work activity.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in and outside the company.Ability to multi-task, skill in establishing priorities and managing workloads, including ability to work effectively under stress and time pressures.Must be able to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, schematic diagrams and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to travel to clients both in assigned area and nationally, sometimes on short notice including occasional overseas travel for training.Full driver's license.
