Our public sector client in Dublin City Centre has an exciting requirement for an L&D Partner to join their organisation for a 14 month contract.
The successful candidates will be responsible to design and deliver L&D initiatives, aligned with company strategy.
Role will include associated administration, reporting and metrics analysis.
Hybrid working on offer with 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED Design, deliver, facilitate and evaluate learning programmes Maintain L&D related documentation Use of innovative learning approaches and explore new technologies for learning delivery Design and deliver an Employee Wellbeing programme Monitor and assess feedback Support HR Communications via various platforms Developing and updating relevant OD/L&D/Wellbeing policies and procedures EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of a level 8 Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources or other relevant field.
Proven experience in designing, delivering and facilitating learning initiatives and rolling out an L&D framework.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
