THE ROLE
As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers.
The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across our busy shop floors. There will also be opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping. You will support handling first-line customer inquiries via our online customer service system, with the remainder of your time spent with in-store customers.
You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections, and ensuring the store looks fabulous at all times.
Great training tools and product knowledge will be provided, and it will be up to you to make the most of it, learning and developing within a brand that offers opportunities for career progression with AllSaints.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Spending most of your time on the shop floor, styling customers and providing an exceptional brand experience.
* Maintaining the store’s aesthetic, ensuring product availability, and upholding floor sets and standards.
* Handling stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
* Responding to first-line customer queries via our online customer service system, including emails, chats, and calls.
* Empowering yourself to make service decisions to resolve issues and retain customer loyalty.
* Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, working as part of the AllSaints team to achieve the best results.
* Greeting customers and tailoring your approach to support their visit's purpose.
* Maintaining housekeeping standards and showing pride in your surroundings.
* Supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback for growth and development.
* Spending 30-50% of your time on online customer service, either in-store or occasionally from home.
* Collaborating with customer experience team leaders, receiving coaching, and escalating complex queries as needed.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our concession in Arnotts, Dublin, has been open since 2011, trading from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (seasonal changes possible). The store is a historic landmark, conveniently located near Dublin Grafton Street, and the team enjoys a collaborative environment.
