The Lord Bagenal Inn is currently recruiting a receptionist to join their team.Part Time Position - 2 to 4 shifts per weekMain duties:Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.Ensure the front office runs smoothly.Deal with bedroom, restaurant & meeting room enquiries and bookings.Deal with any guest queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner.Have full product knowledge of the hotel.Computer literate, including Microsoft packages.Excellent communication & customer service skillsExcellent organisational skillsA genuine interest in the hospitality industryFluent EnglishAvailable to work various shifts including morning, evening & weekends (variable hours per week).
