Summary
This is a client-facing role in our Market Access team. The core objective is to ensure investors can access funds and fund information, supporting growth. The role requires building strong relationships across colleagues, clients, investors and service providers and understanding distribution channels. The Junior Associate will be working within a dynamic team, gaining exposure to investor relations, marketing, risk and relationship management, and will develop understanding of multiple distribution channels.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with internal units to build knowledge and networks and respond to external queries
* Log all communication and activity in Salesforce or relevant tracking sheets
* Act in line with the team’s procedures and processes
* Set up and coordinate client activities for funds, including:
o Passporting & country registration
o Distribution & wrap platforms
o Jurisdictional, investor-requested, reporting
o Tax reporting
o Data dissemination via key investor databases
* Own a number of client relationships and meet distribution deliverables
* Respond to fund or investor due diligence questionnaires
* Provide scheduled reporting to clients, investors and internal stakeholders
* Update application & subscription forms and marketing materials, including monthly and quarterly factsheets
* Support investor rebate calculations and reconciliations
Requirements
Education: An internationally recognised professional degree/qualification, preferably in Finance or Marketing.
Experience
* 1+ years’ experience within an Investor Relations or Client Relations team within the financial services industry would be beneficial.
* Understanding of regulated fund structures (e.g., UCITS, AIFs, ETFs).
* Working knowledge of another European language is an added advantage.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool is a plus
