Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee finance operations and provide strategic financial support to enable business performance, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
Manage core finance functions including accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and compliance;
Partner with business teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making;
Lead finance systems enhancements and process optimisation, including ERP initiatives;
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on audit and tax matters;
Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of group finance initiatives;
Support board and leadership meetings through preparation of materials and reporting;
Deliver financial analysis for projects, modelling, and other initiatives;
Develop and mentor the finance team to strengthen capabilities and succession readiness.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related discipline, with recognised professional certifications;
At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a similar sector;
Strong knowledge in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, taxation, and international transactions;
Experience in financial modelling and proficiency in ERP systems;
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
