Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing, or consulting within a customer-facing environment (e.g., onboarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in acquisition within a start-up environment.
Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently achieve growth goals.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fluid environment.

About the Job
As a consultant, you will work with a diverse range of advertising companies, helping them find optimal advertising solutions. Your interest in sales, the digital economy, and entrepreneurial spirit will enable brands to expand using Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media and commercial acumen will influence how businesses grow. You will communicate effectively with clients, listening to their needs and helping to define strategies to reach their target audiences. Google Ads supports the open internet by connecting users, publishers, and advertisers through innovative advertising products across search, display, shopping, travel, and video platforms. Our teams aim to create trusted experiences and measurable results for businesses of all sizes.
Responsibilities

Achieve quarterly growth targets while providing excellent service to Google's advertisers in EMEA.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, identifying potential clients and collaborating with marketing teams.
Establish relationships via calls and email marketing, designing effective marketing strategies, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Consult with C-level clients to meet online marketing and business objectives using Google’s full suite of marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search, Display Network).
