If you are interested in a rewarding career in our operations, with ample opportunity for growth, and want to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team, then we encourage you to apply today.Main ResponsibilitiesOrganising freight with correct consolidation for despatch via nightly on Linehaul vehiclesEnsure daily debrief of all couriers with resulting actions passed onto Night Shift Supervisor.Ensuring Collection Reports are completeAdhere to Health & Safety Procedures at all timesEnsuring the Depot meets it's KPIsLiaising with the AM / Night Shift Supervisors in the depot to work through and document any issuesMaintain Warehouse and Working areas in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.Ensure the safe and efficient handling of customers goods/freight at all timesEnsure all freight is sorted and organised correctly to minimise misroutesEnsure accurate scanning of all freight in order to ensure depot efficiencyEnsure that PPE is worn at all timesWork effectively as part of a teamMotivates team members and assesses performanceAgree action plan to address poor performance and monitor impactEnsure cages are cleared of rubbish when placing down for Night shiftMaintain a positive culture. Energise staff, with a sense of pride in their work.
