Salary Range: €37,000 – €48,000 DOE (includes shift uplift)
Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts

CNC Turner Responsibilities:
Operating CNC Turning or Sliding Head lathes
Setting up machines for repeat or new production runs
Approving first-off and in-process parts
Troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary
Mentoring junior team members (for senior levels)
Supporting NPI setups and continuous improvement projectsCNC Turner Requirements:
Experience operating CNC lathes (Turning or Sliding Head)
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Confidence with in-process quality checks
Setter/Programmer experience is highly desirable
Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn or mentor
