This individual must ensure seamless integration and optimization of supply chain activities with a focus on demand management insights.
The successful candidate will foster collaboration, facilitate information sharing, and enhance the alignment of supply chain processes with marketing strategies to support business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop integrated demand forecasting processes aligned with both Alexion’s and Astra Zeneca’s strategic objectives utilizing advanced analytics and market insights.
* Ensure demand alignment between supply chains in commercial teams driving effective inventory decisions through accurate forecasting.
* Serve as primary liaison facilitating communication among cross-functional teams including Marketing Sales Operations Supply Chain aligning strategies according to market demands organizing leading regular meetings discuss challenges developing coordinated action plans analyzing data generating actionable insights informing decision-making providing reports highlighting key trends opportunities potential bottlenecks identifying implementing best practices methodologies collaborating optimizing inventory levels reducing costs maintaining high service levels establishing tracking KPIs related performance monitoring reporting assessing recommending process improvements.
