Job Summary
A leading provider of accountancy and advisory services is seeking a recently qualified accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and complete client files and financial statements (from start to finish) to a high professional standard, ensuring delivery within deadlines.
2. Manage accounts preparation and income tax returns for individuals, sole traders, and company directors.
3. Draft financial reports and present results of engagements to the engagement manager.
4. Supervise and train junior staff, providing technical guidance and leadership on client assignments.
5. Identify and address areas of non-compliance with accounting standards.
6. Contribute to statutory accounting, compliance, and related services across a wide client base.
7. Engage in client relationship management, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
8. Support continuous team development through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Some travel may be required, depending on client assignments.
Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), with 1–2 years' post-qualification experience.
* Background in practice, with an interest in broadening skills and taking on new challenges.
* Strong business acumen and ability to act as an effective advisor to clients.
* Proven experience in preparing Irish income tax and related returns.
* Skilled in report writing and presenting to senior management.
* Experience supervising assignments and managing client relationships.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, and ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with experience delivering under pressure.
