Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and staff supervision to ensure seamless day-to-day activities
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve challenging sales targets
* Develop and implement strategies for effective stock control, ordering, and inventory management to maintain optimal shelf levels
* Roster, train, and performance-manage staff members to optimize their skills and productivity

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a dynamic retail management position
