Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, enforce company policies, and work alongside the Management Team.
* Ensure all staff conduct themselves according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policies.
* Maintain control over cash on premises, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* A strong presence on the floor, hands-on approach at all service times.
* Maintain a high-quality customer experience, handle customer complaints, and build customer loyalty.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Requirements:
* High levels of enthusiasm, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a hotel or bar and restaurant.
* Front office experience and knowledge of front office software would be an advantage.
* Experience in front-of-house management and floor control planning.
* Available to work a variety of shifts, including late night, early morning, and weekend shifts.
* Must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
