We are seeking an experienced EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Manager to lead all EHS activities from pre-construction through to project completion on a 200MW Energy Centre located in West Dublin. This is a permananet and site-based role within a fast-paced construction environment, working on a high-profile, technically complex project.The successful candidate will have a proven background delivering EHS leadership on large-scale power, pharmaceutical, data centre, or heavy industrial projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and workforce wellbeing.What's on OfferImmediate start on a landmark 200MW energy projectExcellent salary and benefits packageExposure to cutting-edge energy infrastructure in IrelandKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all EHS activities from pre-construction, construction, commissioning through to handoverDevelop, implement, and maintain project-specific EHS plans, policies, and proceduresEnsure full compliance with Irish EHS legislation, client requirements, and company standardsAct as the primary EHS point of contact for client, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodiesConduct and oversee:Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)Site audits, inspections, and safety walksIncident investigations and root cause analysisDrive a strong safety-first culture across a multi-discipline workforceDeliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing trainingMonitor and report EHS performance, KPIs, and corrective actionsSupport construction teams in high-risk activities including heavy lifting, energy systems, confined spaces, and commissioning worksLead environmental management initiatives, including waste, emissions, and environmental complianceProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in a fast-track project environmentKey RequirementsMinimum 7–10 years' EHS experience within large-scale construction or engineering projectsStrong experience in one or more of the following sectors: Power / Energy projects, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, Data centres ,Heavy industrial or infrastructure projects.Proven experience managing EHS from pre-construction to project completionExcellent knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental legislationAbility to work full-time on site in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environmentStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable challenging unsafe practices and influencing senior project teamsExperience working for or alongside engineering or construction contractorsQualificationsDegree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related disciplineNEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent (desirable)CSCS / Safe Pass (or ability to obtain immediately)Please contact for a confidential chat.
