Exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the medical/healthcare sector to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey. This role will support the wider TA function with high-volume, end-to-end recruitment. Key responsibilities include: Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate feedback, issuing contracts and onboarding Lead the recruitment strategy, delivering best practice in identifying and pipelining key talent Engage with local Colleges/Universities to support college placements Act as a TA Partner to hiring managers, advising on key talent and market updates. Deliver first class candidate experience at all times Deliver weekly/monthly metrics and reports Manage 3rd party agencies as required Experience required: Third level degree qualified with min 3+ years' experience in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent key stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in a medical/healthcare environment preferred. Workday experience desirable.
