Key Conveyancing Lawyer Role
We are seeking an accomplished Conveyancing Solicitor to handle all legal aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for sale, transfer deeds, leases, and other relevant legal documents.
* Conduct title investigations, property searches, planning checks, and due diligence to identify potential issues.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of property law, land registration, and conveyancing procedures, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills. They will be able to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and attention to detail, while maintaining strong organisational and time-management skills.
