Job Description
Location: Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, Maynooth Road
Join our fabulous team at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa as a Front Office Receptionist.
The receptionist role involves providing top customer service to guests and completing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Front Desk.

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate in 21 acres of Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion was built in 1764 and is part of the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights. Managed by Windward Management, it offers opportunities for career growth in hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
* Complete duties as requested by the Night Manager
* Perform Front Office Receptionist duties, including check-ins & check-outs
* Ensure security checks are completed nightly
* Promote a helpful, professional image and assist guests promptly
* Handle room service calls efficiently
* Maintain the lobby and hotel entrance appearance
* Perform light cleaning of the hotel entrance
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
* Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
* Ability to work five days per week
